  • These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to the "I CAN FLY WITH PROPNEX" Lucky Draw campaign ("Campaign"), organized by PropNex Realty Pte Ltd ("PropNex").
  • The Campaign commences on 11 January 2024 at 10.00 am Singapore Time and ends on 12 December 2024 at 11.59 pm Singapore Time.
  • The draw is open to all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 18 years and above.
  • Real Estate Salespersons registered under the Council for Estate Agencies are not eligible to participate.
